- He (Vyasa) explained Vedic knowledge in many different ways for the understanding of the common mass of people in this age of Kali. And Vyasa is also known as an incarnation of Krsna; therefore Vyasa also represents Krsna. BG 1972 purports

- Maya is very strong; she is expert in putting impediments in the way of this understanding. Sometimes one comes to the Krsna consciousness movement but again falls into the clutches of maya, not understanding the importance of this movement
- Maya means this maya, illusion, can be rejected by advancement of knowledge. That is jnani. Jnani means this is real knowledge, to understand his real position
- Men are accustomed to reaching conclusions according to their capacity for understanding, but the Supreme Lord is not subject to our limited capacity for understanding

- The spiritual knowledge a devotee possesses not only allows him to reject material existence, but it also provides him with an understanding of the reality of positive, eternal spiritual existence
- The spiritual master and disciple do not need to understand anything more than Krsna because simply by understanding Krsna and talking about Krsna, one becomes a perfectly learned person - yasmin vijnate sarvam evam vijnatam bhavati, Mundaka Upanisad 1.3

- We have to withdraw this understanding that we shall be very happy by making adjustments to this material world. Then Krsna consciousness will be effective
