- One cannot derive the proper benefit from other methods, such as pious atonement, speculative knowledge and meditation in mystic yoga
- One cannot foolishly manufacture an interpretation of Bhagavad-gita and still bring about transcendental benefit. Anyone who tries to squeeze some artificial meaning for an ulterior motive is not one engaged anxiously in bona fide hearing of krsna-katha
- One cannot get the benefit of milk by drinking yogurt. Similarly, one cannot get salvation by worshiping Lord Siva. If one wants salvation, one must worship Lord Visnu. This is confirmed in the Bhagavad-gita - BG 9.4
- One chemical analyzer in Calcutta, Dr. Lal Madhav Ghosh, he tested. He found all antiseptic properties, although it (cow dung) is stool. So that is the nature of Vedic injunction. You accept it. You are benefited. You save the time

- One should not become a caste guru and sell mantras for the benefit of mundane customers, nor should one make disciples for a livelihood. All these activities are offensive
- One should not give up pure devotional service. For one's own benefit, one should not imitate Hiranyakasipu or Sisupala. This is not the way to achieve success
- One should not only read of his (Prthu Maharaja's) pastimes for one's own benefit but should induce others to read and hear about them also. In this way everyone can be benefited
- One should perform activities for the benefit of the public, such as constructing public roads, planting trees on both sides of the road so that people can walk in the shade, and constructing public wells so that everyone can take water without difficulty
- One should perform activities only for the benefit of the soul; any other activity should be given up. When a person is situated in this way, he is said to be desireless
- One should submissively receive the transcendental messages from spiritually advanced sources and chant the very same messages for one's own benefit as well as the benefit of one's audience
- One who begets Krsna conscious children for the benefit of humanity is actually a brahmacari. One who simply begets children like cats and dogs is not a proper father

- One who has taken his birth as a human being in the land of India (Bharata-varsa) should make his life successful & work for the benefit of all other people
- One who has taken his birth as a human being in the land of India (Bharata-varsa) should make his life successful and work for the benefit of all other people
- One who is actually deriving benefit from hearing the rasa-lila dance surely achieves the transcendental position. He surely loses all traces of lust in his heart
- One who is devoted to the Supreme Personality can attain all the benefits derived from other yogic processes, speculation, rituals, sacrifices, charities, etc. That is the specific benediction of devotional service. BG 1972 purports

- One who is inquisitive to understand the highest goal and benefit of life must approach a bona fide spiritual master and surrender unto him

- One who was pious in his past life or in this life, they can be benefited, nice education also. And sri, and beauty. These are the results of pious activities. And just the opposite is due to impious activities
- One who worships the Deity with great devotion but doesn't show any devotion to the devotees of the Lord, or doesn't preach Krishna Consciousness for the benefit of the general public, he is in the lower stage of devotional service

- Only those who are devotees, those who are Krsna conscious or God conscious, they can do actual benefit to the society. Others cannot do
- Ordinary men regard these learned transcendentalists (who perform works for satisfying Visnu) as common workers, but in fact, the transcendentalists are not workers for mundane benefit - they are karma-yogis, or workers for transcendental results
- Ordinary persons may derive benefit from traveling to holy places like Prayaga, Mathura, Vrndavana and Hardwar
- Ordinary ritualistic activities constitute contaminated religion, by which one benefits by developing material wealth and prosperity, but uncontaminated, pure religion consists of understanding one's relationship with God and acting accordingly
- Our experimental knowledge can neither verify nor disprove the statements of Srimad-Bhagavatam. We should simply hear these statements from the authorities. If we can appreciate the extensive energy of the Supreme Personality of God, that will benefit us
- Our humble request to you all is that henceforward you please chant Hare Krsna mantra whenever it is possible. You have got enough time, and there is no rules and regulation, there is no fee, and see how much you are benefited
- Our mission is to preach Gita. The best thing is that if we can conjointly preach, we can benefit the whole of India, and the whole of the world. Vinobaji is very respected and they can do a great deal to help our preaching mission
- Our misunderstanding is due to dirty things within our hearts. So first benefit of chanting Hare Krsna maha-mantra will be that all the dirty things within your heart will be cleansed
- Our only appeal is that all book sellers, all publishers, may come forward and cooperate with us and distribute the transcendental literature in the unique form. They will find something sublime, and we'll be benefited
- Our principle is to study the books as well as to distribute the books. People will be benefited and their life will be successful
- Our special stress on this point is that don't squeeze out some meaning of Bhagavad-gita for your own convenience. Present Bhagavad-gita as it is, and people will be benefited
- Our this movement is the prime welfare activities to the human society, loka-hitam. It is not a business. Business means my hitam, my benefit only. It is not. It is Krsna's business

- People in general are ignorant and addicted to fruitive activities. Without disturbing their minds, the karma-yogi can benefit them by explaining the truth about man's eternal position as Lord Krsna's servant
- People may say, "A karmi is dying and bhakta is dying. What is the benefit?" No. He's not dying, but he is dying or giving up this body for living forever. And the nondevotees, he is dying to accept another body. That is the difference

Q
- Questions by exalted persons put before the Supreme Personality of Godhead or His devotees are meant for the benefit of the general people
- Questions put by a saintly person to another saintly person about the Personality of Godhead or about the ultimate goal of life surcharge everything spiritually. Whoever takes advantage of such discussions is benefited both in this life and in the next
