- Ahastani sahastanam: those who are devoid of hands are prey for those who have hands

- Because everyone who has come to this material world, that is for sense gratification. Those who deny to satisfy Krsna, they are sent here, "All right, you satisfy your sense by your labor here"
- Because Krsna is not changing body, therefore He has no past, present, future. Those who are changing body, they have got past, present, future
- Because of their (those who want to remain in this world) attachment to material activity, they cannot attain liberation, either by the instructions of superior persons or by their own endeavor or by passing resolutions in big conferences - SB 7.5.30
- Because the demigods themselves are temporary, their benedictions are also temporary & have no permanent value. Those who aspire for such benedictions have a poor fund of knowledge - tad bhavaty alpa-medhasam
- Because their (those who want to remain in this material world) senses are uncontrolled, they gradually descend to the darkest regions of material existence to repeat the same process of birth and death in desirable or undesirable species of life
- Being self-sufficient, the Supreme Lord does not need huge sacrifices. Fruitive activity for a more opulent life is for those who desire such material opulence for their interest
- Being situated in the spiritual world is certainly pleasurable, but those who realize the transcendental name, form, qualities and pastimes of Lord Krsna enjoy transcendental bliss many times more than one who has simply realized the self
- Being worshiped by sacrifices offered with great gifts by those who strictly followed the principles of varna and asrama, Hiranyakasipu, instead of offering shares of the oblations to the demigods, accepted them himself
- Better than them (living entities who have developed the sense of taste) are those who have developed the sense of smell, and better still are those who have developed the sense of hearing
- Better than them (those who have many legs) are the quadrupeds, and better still are the human beings
- Better than them are those who have developed upper and lower sets of teeth, and better still are those who have many legs. Better than them are the quadrupeds, and better still are the human beings
- Better than those living entities who can perceive sound are those who can distinguish between one form and another. Better than them are those who have developed upper and lower sets of teeth, and better still are those who have many legs
- Beyond Aloka-varsa is the destination of those who aspire for liberation from the material world. It is beyond the jurisdiction of the material modes of nature, and therefore it is completely pure
- Beyond Brahma there is the Transcendence, who has no material form and is free from all material contaminations. Anyone who can know Him also becomes transcendental, but those who do not know Him suffer the miseries of the material world
- Bhagavad-gita (BG 7.20) says, kamais tais tair hrta jnanah prapadyante 'nya-devatah: "Those whose minds are distorted by material desires surrender unto the demigods." Similarly, this verse (SB 6.16.38) condemns worship of the demigods

- Caitanya Mahaprabhu explains the position of pure Vaisnavas who are anxious to return home, back to Godhead. Niskincanasya bhagavad-bhajanonmukhasya. Those who actually want to return back to Godhead are niskincana - that is, they have no desire

- Dear Lord, (the Vedas) prayed, "after many, many births, those who have actually become wise take to the worship of Your lotus feet in complete knowledge"
- Demigod worship is discouraged in BG: Men of small intelligence worship the demigods, & their fruits are limited and temporary. Those who worship the demigods go to the planets of the demigods, but My devotees ultimately reach My supreme planet - BG 7.23

- Even one goes to God for praying something material, they're better than those who do not go to God
- Even the animals were given protection by the saintly administrators, not from any sentimental point of view, but because those who have taken their birth in the material world have the right to live
- Even those who are going to church, they are also praying God, "God, give us our daily bread." These rascals, they have made God as agent for their sense gratification. This is their philosophy
- Even those who eat animals cannot do so without God's arrangement, for the animal also must be provided with grass before one can take it to the slaughterhouse

- Except for Sisupala, those who go against the regulative principles cannot attain salvation and are surely destined for hellish life. The regulative principle is that one must always think of Krsna, whether as a friend or enemy
- Expert analysts have decided that the transcendental ecstasy of the parakiya mellow is better because it is more enthusiastic. This phase of conjugal love is found in those who have surrendered to the Lord in intense love

- Familiarity breeds contempt." If one stays in Vrndavana for many days, he may fail to maintain proper respect for its inhabitants. Therefore those who have not attained the stage of spontaneous love for Krsna should not live in Vrndavana very long
- Five hundred years ago, it was the system that persons who were born in the families of brahmanas were accepted as brahmanas & all those who took birth in other families - even the higher castes, namely, the ksatriyas and vaisyas - were considered sudras
- Foolish Mayavadis, not knowing that the Krsna consciousness movement is based on a solid philosophy of transcendental science, superficially conclude that those who dance and chant do not have philosophical knowledge
- For cruel people, those who are accustomed to killing, for them this is best advice, "Thou shall not kill". Next stage - prasadam. First of all let them stop
- For those grossly engaged in identifying the body as the self, pious activity, or karma-yoga, is recommended. For those who identify the mind with the self, philosophical speculation, or jnana-yoga, is recommended

- For those who have developed an attraction to Krsna, attachment can be developed. Before my coming to the West, there was no movement like this Krsna consciousness, but now it is developing

- Generally those engaged in spiritual advancement take food only once, either in the afternoon or in the evening. If one takes food only once, naturally he does not become fat

- God is never dead. Krsna is never dead, as some of the modern philosophers, they are putting forward the philosophy of "God is dead." God is dead for those who are following the owl philosophy
- God is not so cheap thing, that "I have become God; you have become God." It is a great science. So those who want to understand God scientifically, philosophically, let them read these books. That is our presentation, Krsna consciousness
- God is not visible to everyone. He is visible - "Here is God" - but those who have not developed the eyes to see God, they think, "Here is a doll, and these foolish people are worshiping a doll." No. He is God, Krsna
- God is present before you, Krsna. He comes here on this planet. Tadatmanam srjamy aham, sambhavami yuge yuge. So those who have seen God, you take information from them

- Going to a church or mosque is also pious (catur-vidha bhajante mam janah sukrtino 'rjuna (BG 7.16)). Therefore those who begin in this way will one day become pure Vaisnavas
- Government gives protection to the good citizen, and those who are rogues, punish them. Law and order. Two things are there: maintenance and law and order. So similarly, our Krsna consciousness is also the same thing

- He (Balarama) shook hands with those who were His equals in age and friendship and with loud laughing embraced each one of them
- He (Hiranyakasipu) wanted those who were harassed in this world by material transactions to be unhappy for the same reason, even in the heavenly planets. Indeed, be wanted to introduce such harassment everywhere
- He (Krsna) is special friend of the devotee. Suhrt satam. Satam means those who are devotees Asatam means nondevotee. So He is suhrt satam. So He is sitting within your heart

- He is not separated from us by time or space but is present everywhere. Seated on His carrier, Garuda, He is worshiped by means of mystical yogic power by those who have achieved freedom from agitation. Let us all offer our respectful obeisances unto Him
- He should give the citizens good advice and instructions according to the standard scriptures and should be equal to everyone. Yamaraja does this, for he is the supreme master of justice, and so do those who follow in his footsteps
- He was the conqueror of all atirathas (those who could fight with one thousand charioteers). From him, by the womb of Uttara, the daughter of Viradraja, you were born
- Here (in BG 11.51) the words manusam rupam clearly indicate the Supreme Personality of Godhead to be originally two-handed. Those who deride Krsna to be an ordinary person are shown here to be ignorant of His divine nature. BG 1972 purports
- Here (in SB 3.2.20) the word parthastra-putah is significant. Those who saw the beautiful face of the Lord on the Battlefield of Kuruksetra were purified first by Arjuna when he made his onslaught with arrows
- Human life is meant for God realization, and the human being is given higher intelligence for this purpose. Those who believe that this higher intelligence is meant to attain a higher state should follow the instructions of the Vedic literatures

- If because of laziness one does not come to know Krsna conclusively, one will be misguided about the cult of devotion, like those who declare themselves advanced devotees and imitate the transcendental symptoms sometimes observed in liberated souls
- If even only once or even by force one brings the form of Krsna into one's mind, one can attain the supreme salvation by the mercy of Krsna, What then is to be said of those who always think of the lotus feet of the Lord - SB 10.12.39
- If one is intelligent enough, if he has got actually the bitter taste of this material world, he'll never agree. But those who have not advanced to such knowledge, oh, they think, - Oh, this material enjoyment is very nice
- If one is thinking of a husband or son, or if anyone at all is thinking of another living entity, then, since all living entities are also Brahman, why are all those who thus think of others not freed from the contaminated stage of material nature
- If one takes shelter of Krsna, he's immediately released from these resultant action of sinful activities. So maha-bhaga means those who have no sufferings, they're always possessed of all good fortune, he is called maha-bhaga
- If Putana attained the greatest achievement, what then is to be said of those who had natural devotion for Krsna as mothers and who offered Him their breasts to suck or offered something very dear, as a mother offers something to a child - SB 10.6.35-36
- If simply by chanting the holy name of the Lord one becomes sanctified instantly, then what can be said of those persons who see the Supreme Lord face to face and who understand the descent of the Lord, as Devahuti understands Kapiladeva
- If simply by knowing the transcendental nature of the birth and activities of the Lord one can get liberation easily, we can just imagine what is in store for those who actually enjoyed the company of the Lord in person as a family member or as a neighbor
- If there are restrictions, rules and regulations, people will not become attracted. Therefore those who want followers in the name of religion, just to have a show only, don't restrict the lives of their students nor their own lives. BG 1972 purports

- Indra was envious due to fear that those who performed great sacrifices for execution of mystic yoga might occupy his seat. Since no one in this material world can tolerate another's advancement, everyone in the material world is called matsara, envious

- Leaders who have fallen into ignorance and who mislead people by directing them to the path of destruction (as described in the previous verse - SB 6.7.13) are, in effect, boarding a stone boat, and so too are those who blindly follow them
- Let me offer my respectful obeisances again and again to those who always eagerly meditate upon the Supreme Personality of Godhead as a husband, son, friend, brother, father or intimate friend

- Mayavadis, impersonalists, are offenders at the lotus feet of Krsna, they may nonetheless be counted among the siddhas, those who have realized the self
- Meditation means concentration upon the lotus feet of the Lord. Lotus feet indicate the SPG. But those who are impersonalists do not recognize the lotus feet of the Lord, and therefore their object of meditation is something impersonal

- One who follows the garbhadhana samskara system is actually twice-born, but those who do not, who deviate from the principles of varnasrama-dharma, are called dvija-bandhus
- One who is advanced in spiritual knowledge should be accepted as occupying a better position than those who lack such knowledge
- One who is really anxious to know reality, for them, it is Bhagavatam. And those who want to be misled, not for them. One who is sincere to get the light, for him Bhagavata is the only remedy
- One who is smaller or weak, he is enjoyed by the stronger. That is the nature, you will find. The goat, the cows, they are animals. We are also animals, or living entity. But those who have got hands, they eat the animals who have no hands
- One who strictly follows the Vedic literature and chants the holy name of the Supreme Personality of Godhead will actually be situated in the transcendental disciplic succession. Those who want to attain life’s ultimate goal must follow this principle
- One who understands and appreciates the disciplic succession is certainly advanced, and we should always be very careful to give full respect to those who have so carefully handled this Divine Fruit of transcendental knowledge before us
- Only human beings have consciousness of right and wrong, and among them only those who perform sinful activities come under the control of Yamaraja

- Others were those who had been freed of the reactions to fruitive activities by transcendental knowledge awakened by practice of yoga. And still others were those who had attained residence in Brahmaloka not by ordinary karma but by advanced VK
- Our general principle is to perform sankirtana, not to talk philosophy. When one is interested, then he can talk philosophy. Otherwise this talk should be amongst inner circles, with the students and the teacher, those who are submissive
- Our Krsna consciousness movement distributes krsna-prasadam, and those who eat such transcendental food are sure to become devotees of the Lord. This is a very scientific method

- Paramesvara Modaka had been affectionate toward the Lord since His childhood, and he was one of those who came that year to see the Lord at Jagannatha Puri
- Pariksit Maharaja says, nivrtta-tarsair upagiyamanat (SB 10.1.4). The holy name of the Lord can be chanted by those who have fully satisfied their material desires or who are fully situated on the transcendental platform and devoid of material desire
- Persons who are chanting the holy name are transcendental to those who are factually performing the Vedic rituals and those who expect to be qualified
- Persons who live in the village or town are called grama-nivasi, and those who live in the forest are called vana-vasi or vanaprastha
- Pious men also belong to four categories: (1) the needy, (2) those who have fallen into difficulty, (3) those who are inquisitive about the transcendental science, and (4) the genuine philosophers
- Places outside India where there are centers of the Krsna consciousness movement and where Radha-Krsna Deities are worshiped must all be visited and worshiped by those who want to be spiritually advanced
- Practically we see - we have got branches all over the world - those who have taken to Krsna consciousness, they are happy. So take it very seriously. Don't neglect it, that "It is a sectarian religion of the Hindus or " No. Krsna is not for the Hindus
- Prahlada Maharaja said: There is no question of my falling down, but I am simply anxious for those who have created a type of civilization in which they are always busy working hard. I am thinking of them
- Prahlada Maharaja's proposal is that such processes (the ten methods of liberation) may be recommended for the ajitendriya, those who cannot conquer their senses. Devotees, however, have already conquered their senses

- Ramananda Raya replied, "Those who attempt to merge into the existence of the Supreme Lord will have to accept bodies like those of trees. And those who are overly inclined toward sense gratification will attain the bodies of demigods"
- Ramananda Raya stated that those who strictly follow the rules and regulations of these eight social divisions can actually satisfy the Supreme Lord, and one who does not follow them certainly spoils his human form of life and glides toward hell
- Ramananda Raya went on to say that those who have no taste for Krsna consciousness or spiritual life are just like crows who take pleasure in eating the bitter nimba fruit
- Real knowledge begins in the Bhagavad-gita. Those who have read Bhagavad-gita, the first understanding, Arjuna was given lesson. When he was perplexed and he became a disciple of Krsna, sisyas te 'ham sadhi mam prapannam
- Real pleasure is Krsna, whereas material pleasure, which is temporary, is not actual. Those who can see things as they are do not take part in shadow pleasure
- Regarding persons attached to the impersonal Brahman, Srimad-Bhagavatam says, "My dear Lord, those who think of themselves as liberated by mental speculation are not yet purified of the contamination of material nature"
- Regulative principles in devotional service are meant for those who have not invoked their natural love of Godhead
- Rupa Gosvami has discussed the sequence of sinful activities of the conditioned soul, and he has established, in Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu, that those who engage in devotional service become freed from the reactions of all sinful activities
- Rupa Gosvami wrote of Caitanya: Those who hear Caitanya-caritamrta will keep You (Lord Caitanya) in their hearts. It will be easy to understand Krsna through You

- Sages means those who have undergone austerities, penance, and many tribulation for attaining perfection, they are called sages
- Sankaracarya, who is an incarnation of Lord Siva, is faultless because he is a servant carrying out the orders of the Lord. But those who follow his Mayavadi philosophy are doomed. They will lose all their advancement in spiritual knowledge
- Sannyasis who do not know the meaning of Narayana, those who regard the body as Brahman or as Narayana, are described here (in SB 7.15.37) as asattamah, the most abominable rascals
- Sati wanted to impress upon her husband (Lord Siva) that even those who were not related to her father (Daksa) were also going, to say nothing of herself, who was intimately related with him
- Saunaka said: O Suta Gosvami, you are the most fortunate and respected of all those who can speak and recite. Please relate the pious message of Srimad-Bhagavatam, which was spoken by the great and powerful sage Sukadeva Gosvami
- Save all these children, those who have come to your shelter. It is the duty of the father and mother. It is the duty of guardian to save the dependents from the impending danger of death, repeated birth and death
- Send me those who do not perform their duties toward Visnu, which are the only duties in human life. Please bring me all such fools and rascals
- Similarly, anger can be controlled. We cannot stop anger altogether, but if we simply become angry with those who blaspheme the Lord or the devotees of the Lord, we control our anger in Krsna consciousness
- Since it is not possible to obtain information of anything beyond this material nature by experimental means, those who believe only in experimental knowledge may doubt the Vedic conclusions - CC Intro
- Since not everyone got an opportunity to offer invitations to Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu personally, those who did not requested the Sanodiya brahmana to ask the Lord to accept their invitations
- Since those who engage in such activities (religiosity, economic development and sense gratification) are not interested in liberation, Narada did not inquire from the King about this
- Since those who want liberation are impure, what to speak of the karmis, who have so many desires to fulfill
- Since we are eternal spiritual sparks, our spiritual assets go with us, gradually fructifying. In this way those who have previously cultivated transcendental consciousness come in contact with Krsna consciousness through this movement
- Sisupala died without appreciating the Lord, while others died with appreciation of the Lord. Both were transferred to the spiritual sky, but those who awakened to love of God were transferred to the planets of the transcendental sky
- So by the grace of Krsna, you have first-class intelligence, those who have taken to Krsna consciousness. Now try to continue it. Don't give it up
- So don't take this movement very insignificantly. Very serious. And those who are members, they should become ideal. We have got very easy, easy method to become ideal
- So either you come by sadhana-bhakti or naturally, the, when you come to the ultimate stage, everyone is nitya-siddha. So nitya-siddha, those who come from Vaikuntha, they are never fallen, never forgets Krsna, that is nitya-siddha
- So I (Prabhupada) request you, those who are interested in loving God, in Krsna consciousness, they will kindly associate with these devotees. Adau sraddha tato sadhu-sanga. And these devotees... This is our method
- So our request is, those who have come to Krsna consciousness, don't fall down again in the material qualities. That will not help you. Remain strictly adherent to the spiritual activities and your life will be successful
- So paropakara. Therefore those who have got enlightenment, they should try to raise these rascals who are in ignorance. That is Caitanya Mahaprabhu's mission
- So those who are intelligent, they catch up this easy method of self-realization. The more you chant, then the cleansing process of the heart goes on very nicely
- So-called earners of money are those who simply know tricks by which they can take away God's money under the guise of business and industry. After accumulating this money, they enjoy seeing it plundered by their sons and grandsons
- Some of those who deride Krsna, who are infected with the Mayavadi philosophy, quote the following verse from the Srimad-Bhagavatam to prove that Krsna is just an ordinary man: aham sarvesu bhutesu bhutatmavasthitah sada. (SB 3.29.21). BG 1972 purports
- Some yogis think of the Lord within their hearts as measuring about six inches. The Lord has four hands, in which He holds a conchshell, club, disc and lotus flower. Those who worship this form of Visnu within the heart are called sagarbha-yogis
- Somebody will say, those who believe next life - that is also fact - that "Next life also I will get opulence, properly situated." But we Vaisnava philosopher, Krishnites, we do not think in that terms
- Sometimes it is said in Bengal that those who cannot claim any particular class belong to the kayastha class
- Sometimes those who have no idea of religion notice that the Indian saintly persons are not working hard like dogs
- Sometimes those who have undertaken strict vows of tapasya will ignite a ring of fire all around themselves, and in the scorching heat of the sun in the hot summer they will sit down in the midst of that fire and meditate
- Sometimes we refer to the Vedanti philosophers as Vidantis, those who have no teeth. The statements of the Sankara philosophy, which are the teeth of the Mayavadi philosopher, are always broken by the strong arguments of Vaisnava philosophers
- Soul - as pure spirit, all souls are equal. Even in an animal. Therefore it is said, panditah sama-darsinah: (BG 5.18) those who are actually learned do not see the outward covering, either in a human being or in an animal
- Soul-killer means those who do not take any care for the soul. They are taking care of this gross body
- Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is an ideal acarya, and those who follow in His footsteps should practice the methods of devotional life that He teaches us

- Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura notes that the son of Gosvami Bhattacarya, Sri Radharamana Gosvami Bhattacarya, refused the title gosvami because it is generally meant for sannyasis, those who have taken the renounced order of life
- Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura says that one who has full love for the SPG and who maintains a good friendship with the Lord’s devotees is always callous to those who envy Krsna and Krsna's devotees. Such a person is to be considered an intermediate devotee
- Srila Jiva Gosvami has directly accepted that the highest destination is bhakti-yoga, by which one accepts the transcendental loving service of the Lord. Those who accept the path of bhakti-yoga are the factual paramahamsas
- Srila Krsnadasa Kaviraja Gosvami, the author of Sri Caitanya-caritamrta, predicts in verses 225 and 226 (of CC Adi-lila, Chapter 5) that in the future those who manufacture imaginary methods of worship will gradually give up the worship of Radha-Krsna
- Srila Madhvacarya, the original acarya for those who belong to the Madhva-Gaudiya-sampradaya
- Srila Visvanatha Cakravarti Thakura comments that those who seek gold and silver can worship Lord Siva for material opulences
- Srimad-Bhagavatam has condemned those who think the body to be the self as bhauma ijya-dhih. Bhauma means earth, and ijya-dhih means worshiper
- Srimad-Bhagavatam is the spotless Purana, and it is especially meant for those who desire to get out of the material entanglement permanently
- Stated in the Bhagavad-gita (7.14): - This divine energy of Mine, consisting of the three modes of material nature, is difficult to overcome. But those who have surrendered unto Me can easily cross beyond it
- Still, in India, although it is fallen so much, in the interior village you'll find the social divisions are maintained and they live very peacefully. Very peacefully. Those who have gone into the interior village, they have seen
- Su-medhasah, those who have got good brain, they will take it (sankirtana movement). So very simple thing, and Caitanya Mahaprabhu is approved by the acaryas, by big, big scholars. So you have no fear of falling down
- Such contaminated persons, although apparently advanced in self-realization, cannot even liberate themselves, what to speak of those who follow them
- Such descriptions (in Brahama-samhita) of the Lord's body are not imaginary; rather, they are the statements of those who have seen the Lord with their supernatural vision. This supernatural vision is bestowed upon devotees like Brahma

- Sudra means one who has no education, no culture. That is called Sudra. So that is the remnants. First of all, Brahmin, Ksatriya, Vaisyas; and others, those who have no sufficient brain, they are counted as Sudra
- Sukadeva Gosvami continued speaking to Maharaja Pariksit: My dear King, sleep is exactly like a python. Those who wander in the forest of material life are always devoured by the python of sleep
- Supernatural vision is bestowed upon devotees like Brahma and upon those who follow the footsteps of pure devotees like him

- Tad-vijnanartham means "To understand that transcendental science," gurum eva abhigacchet, "one must take shelter of guru." It cannot be manufactured. Those who manufacture the method of understanding transcendental science, they are not bona fide
- That (I am not this body) realization takes time. But when we are actually advancing in Krsna consciousness, we must know our duty. Sleeping not more than six hours. Utmost eight hours
- That cultural movement will be interested by everyone in the world. Even those who were not aware of the Vedic culture, they're also joining and taking part in this movement
- That is the way of stopping the activities of Kali (close all shops of intoxicating drugs and wine and force punishment even by death for those who indulge in habits of intoxication), as exhibited herein (SB 1.17.28) by Maharaja Pariksit, the maha-ratha
- That machine is bhagavat-prema. Those who have developed love of Godhead can hear it
- The "material" only exists for those who have forgotten that Nārāyaṇa is the original cause

- The assistants, or messengers, of Yamaraja are likened here to vultures, and those who do not execute their respective duties in protecting their wards are compared to serpents
- The asuras, those who have no knowledge of Krsna, they say asatyam: "This (material energy) is all false." Why it is false? If the source of energy is fact, brahma satya, then the energy of the satya must be satya
- The author (of Caitanya-caritamrta) says, that he cannot consider the opinions of those who become attracted or repelled by such things (Judgment according to mundane senses), because one cannot write impartially in that way
- The benedictions (from demigods) will be finished at the end of the cosmic manifestation, along with those who bestow them. If one approaches Lord Visnu for benedictions, He will give him a benediction that will help him return home, back to Godhead
- The best among the fools who are thus deluded are those who engage in altruistic activities under the spell of the material mode of passion
- The best are those who understand the Supreme Lord (sac-cid-ananda-vigraha (BS 5.1). His form is completely spiritual, full of bliss, and completely distinct from that of the conditioned soul or any other living entity
- The best devotees are atmavat, or those who have fully realized the Supreme Soul. The Personality of Godhead, as Paramatma, is sitting within everyone's heart, trying to elevate everyone to the platform of Krsna consciousness. He is called atma-bhavana
- The Bhoja dynasty refers to those who were simply interested in sense gratification and were therefore not very aristocratic. Another meaning of bhoja is "fighting." These were indications of defamation for Kamsa
- The Brahma-samhita says that those who have developed love of God and smeared the eyes with the ointment of love, but by that ointment the sight of your eye, the material eyesight, will be clear
- The charge is false. Those who have made that charge do not know what "Hinduism" is
- The chariots of an aksauhini have been calculated at 21,870 by those who know the science of such calculations & the number of elephants is the same. The number of infantry soldiers is 109,350 & the number of horses is 65,610. This is called an aksauhini
- The civilized human beings are those who have regulated principles of social, political and religious life. Those who are socially and politically developed, but who have no religious principles, must be considered naradhamas. BG 1972 purports
- The creator says, "Let those who will see Krsna's beautiful face have two eyes." Just see the lack of consideration exhibited by this person posing as a creator
- The demigods prayed to the Supreme Lord that although His activities are very difficult to understand, they can still be understood to some extent by those who sincerely engage in the transcendental loving service of the Lord
- The devotee cannot remain in darkness, & because a devotee is enlightened by the Personality of Godhead, his knowledge is certainly perfect. This is not the case for those who speculate on the Absolute Truth by dint of their own limited power of approach
- The devotees of the Supreme Lord are called devas because they also become like God, whereas those who defy the authority of the Supreme are called asuras or demons. These two classes are always found in human society
- The difference between the siddhas and narayana-parayanas is that direct devotees are called narayana-parayanas whereas those who perform various types of mystic yoga are called siddhas
- The divisions of the grhasthasrama are varta (professionals), sancaya (accumulators), salina (those who do not ask anything from anyone) and silonchana (those who collect grains from the paddy fields)
- The duties of humankind in terms of the statuses and social orders were established to be observed by the civilized man. Those who traditionally follow these principles are called Aryans, or progressive human beings
- The eighth incarnation was King Rsabha, son of King Nabhi and his wife Merudevi. In this incarnation the Lord showed the path of perfection, which is followed by those who have fully controlled their senses and who are honored by all orders of life
- The entire issue was so complicated that those who were not strong enough forgot their positions, and thus cursing and countercursing went on in that great assembly
- The exact word used in this connection is brahma-vidam, which means those who know the Supreme very well. An expert brahmana is able to give reformatory facilities to the subcastes - the ksatriyas and vaisyas. Sudras observe no reformatory performances
- The fighting (Siva against Krsna and Balarama) was so fierce that those who saw the battle were struck with wonder, and the hairs on their bodies stood up
- The first-class devotees are those who have spontaneous love for Krsna. How can we analyze Krsna? He is unlimited, and therefore it is impossible

- The grhamedhis, however, are those who live only for the benefit of the family members, extended or centralized, and thus are envious of others. The word medhi indicates jealousy of others
- The grhasthas are those who live together with wife and children but live transcendentally for realizing the ultimate truth

- The hot chili-like taste burned the tongues of those who chewed the seeds. Thus the eating of pilu fruits from Vrndavana became a pastime of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu's
- The human form of life is an opportunity to get this boon (of reaching Krsna's supreme abode), and it is the duty of the state, parents, teachers, and guardians to elevate those who have acquired this human form of life to attain this perfection of life
- The human race is divided into two sections. The one is legitimate and the other is illegitimate. Those who do not care about any laws of life, but simply work on the principle of sense gratification - they are all illegitimate
- The idea is that those who will later on accept service, they cannot be accepted by us for schooling, we cannot help them. They must be the sons of rich and important men who will not be taking education simply to use it for eating and sleeping
- The identity of the Supreme Lord is that He is the original person. Nonetheless, those who have but a poor fund of knowledge think that the Lord is formless. The Lord is formless in the material sense, but He has His transcendental form
- The ignorant pseudo religionists and the manufacturers of so-called incarnations who directly violate the Vedic injunctions are liable to enter into the darkest region of the universe because they mislead those who follow them
- The illusory human civilization that perpetually endeavors for happiness through material advancement is rejected by Prahlada Maharaja and those who strictly follow in his footsteps
- The impersonal Brahman is the goal of those who cultivate the study of books of transcendental knowledge, and the Supersoul is the goal of those who perform the yoga practices
- The impersonalist argues on the strength of the Vedic version given in the Svetasvatara Upanisad: Anyone who can know Him (Transcendence) also becomes transcendental, but those who do not know Him suffer the miseries of the material world. BG 1972 pur
- The impersonalists who want to merge into the existence of the Transcendence are placed within Mahesa-dhama. Those who want to remain within the planetary systems of the material universes do so on various planets
- The Indian government is becoming demonic because those who elect the government are becoming demonic
- The inhabitants of Vrndavana do not care who is God, and who is not. They love Krsna, that's all. Those who think of first analyzing Krsna to determine whether He is God are not first-class devotees
- The Institute will be primarily for those who have not entered our temples
- The intellectual persons, those who have got brahminical qualification . . . these boys are being restrained for being trained up as brahmins, brahmacari

- The transcendental name, fame, attributes, pastimes, and entourage of the Personality of Godhead tastes bitter to those who are suffering from the infection of material consciousness, but it is very sweet to those who have recovered from this infection

- The vast majority of living entities live in the spiritual world and are called aksara. They are in the position of Brahman, pure spiritual existence. They are different from those who have been conditioned by the three modes of material nature
- The veda-vada-rata people progress into the darkest region of ignorance by misinterpreting the Vedic literature. They fall even further into ignorance than those who have no knowledge of the Vedas at all
- The Vedas describe that those who live on higher planets live upward to ten thousand earth years. Yet despite such a long life span, death awaits everyone

- The word anta-gatam means "finished." One can engage in devotional service if one has finished with his sinful life. Who can finish with sinful life? Those who engage in pious activities

- The word brahma-jijnasa refers to inquiry into the Supreme AT, and it is recommended for those who have been elevated from the lower stage of addiction to the karma-kanda portion of the Vedas to the position of interest in the jnana-kanda portion
- The word devata refers to one who carries the authority of the Vedas, whereas Raksasas are those who defy the Vedic authority. If the authority of the Vedas is lost, the entire universe becomes chaotic
- The word mana (in SB 10.7.13) refers to false prestige or false pride. Those who were falsely proud, thinking that they were brahmanas because they were born in brahmana families, were never invited by Nanda Maharaja
- The word mumuksubhih refers to those who aspire for mukti, liberation. When one becomes disgusted with material engagement, one wants to destroy everything that has anything to do with the material world

- There are many parties following the path of rasabhasa, and the followers are sometimes adored by ordinary men. Those who adopt the conclusions of rasabhasa and bhakti-siddhanta-viruddha are never accepted as devotees of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu

- There is only a material world for those who want to imitate the Lord and become enjoyers. Indeed, the material world is nothing but forgetfulness of the original Supreme Personality of Godhead, the creator of everything
- Therefore what to speak of those who have attained attraction for serving the flavor of the dust of the Lord's lotus feet?
- These acts (unauthorized fasting or austerities for some political end) are not approved by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and He says that those who engage in them are demons. BG 1972 purports

- Those who act in an ordinary way and do not commit excessively sinful acts remain within this middle planetary system, and those who perform abominable sinful actions must go down to hellish life

- Those who act on the basis of Vedic knowledge perform sacrifices for the satisfaction of Lord Visnu and to receive benedictions from Him. In this way they are elevated to higher planetary systems
- Those who act piously have a better chance to become devotees. As Krsna says in Bhagavad-gita (BG 7.16), catur-vidha bhajante mam janah sukrtino 'rjuna: O Arjuna, four kinds of pious men render devotional service unto Me

- Those who are very intelligent persons, those who can understand what is the situation of our life, "What I am . . ." These things are very intelligent questions
- Those who are very sinful & attached to their family, house, village or country do not receive a gross body made of material elements but remain in a subtle body, composed of mind, ego, intelligence. Those who live in such subtle bodies are called ghosts
- Those who are voluntarily accepting the laws of God and giving service to the Supreme Lord, they are called devotees
- Those who aspire after liberation attempt to merge into the impersonal Brahman. To this end they execute ritualistic religious ceremonies, but Srimad-Bhagavatam considers this a cheating process
- Those who aspire for liberation (mukti or moksa) and introduce themselves as vaidantika are also equal to those groups aspiring to improve religion (dharma), economic development (artha) and sense gratification - kama
- Those who aspire for liberation from this material world must therefore worship the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the ultimate cause of all causes
- Those who aspire to be elevated to the heavenly planets by devotional service will be frustrated, because this is not the result of devotional service. However, they are also given a chance to engage in devotional service and be purified

- Those who attain brahma-sayujya liberation cannot gain entrance into Vaikuntha; their residence is outside the Vaikuntha planets
- Those who attain once to Me, they will have never to come again to this place of miseries. - So here is the hint that by Krsna consciousness, if we remain always in Krsna consciousness, then our transference to that planet of Krsnaloka is guaranteed
- Those who attain self-realization by the execution of devotional service attain a transcendental body, and, being attracted to the transcendental qualities of Krsna, engage fully in pure devotional service

- Those who criticize devotional service are called nindakas (blasphemers). Similarly, nondevotees who consider devotional activities to be material are called pasandis, and scholars with a similar viewpoint are called adhama paduyas
- Those who desire eternal life enter into the antimaterial universe through mystic powers at certain opportune moments created by the demigod-administrators of cosmic affairs

- Those who desire material wealth worship Durgadevi with the following mantra: dhanam dehi rupam dehi rupavati bharyam dehi. "O worshipable mother Durgadevi, please give me wealth, strength, fame, a good wife and so on"
- Those who desire no fruit for sense gratification
- Those who desire to eat meat may satisfy the demands of their tongues by eating lower animals, but they should never kill cows, who are actually accepted as the mothers of human society because they supply milk
- Those who desire to purify their existence must always engage in meditation upon Your lotus feet, as described above. Those who are serious about executing their occupational duties and who want freedom from fear must take to this process of bhakti-yoga
- Those who develop conjugal love for Krsna as a lover are promoted to Goloka Vrndavana, to associate with the gopis and enjoy loving affairs with Krsna there
- Those who die before Krsna, they attain their original position, svarupa. Svarupa. So that is real success. Otherwise, there is no death
- Those who die in the mode of passion remain on earth, and those who die in the mode of ignorance may fall into the animal species of life or may be transferred to a lower planet (BG 14.15). This is the process that has been going on, but we forget it
- Those who discuss the activities of Lord Krsna are on the highest platform of devotional life, and they evince the symptoms of tears in the eyes and bodily jubilation
- Those who disobey their fathers on material grounds, however, are surely subjected to disciplinary reaction for such disobedience

- Those who do not acknowledge Him (Krsna) and attempt to rival Him are placed into the material universe, which is just like a prison house
- Those who do not believe in the activities of the Lord cannot explain how things happen. Using words like "accident," they take shelter of ideas that are unbelievable
- Those who do not believe in the existence of the ocean of milk because they have experience only of the salty water in the ocean should know that the world is also called the go, which means the cow
- Those who do not believe in the laws of God or in His existence may go on committing such sins, and they may not come to their senses despite the countless sufferings they are put into for committing such sins
- Those who do not directly worship the Supreme Godhead, Krsna, but who attempt to achieve the same goal by an indirect process, also ultimately achieve the supreme goal, Sri Krsna. BG 1972 purports
- Those who do not do so (perform sacrifice to get rid of sinful acts) but work for self-interest or sense gratification have to undergo all tribulations accrued from committed sins
- Those who do not even make an attempt, who want to be covered by illusion, who are too materialistic and too attached to material enjoyment, must enter into the darkest regions of hell, as confirmed throughout the Vedic literature
- Those who do not follow in the footsteps of Lord Caitanya Mahaprabhu and His disciplic succession cannot distinguish between matter and spirit, and therefore all their ideas are but a mixed-up hodgepodge of problems
- Those who do not follow the prescribed regulations of devotional service are not entitled to enter into the mysteries of His births and activities

- Those who do not utilize Vedic knowledge for that (to know God) purpose are known as kuta-yogis, or pseudo transcendentalists who spoil their lives with ulterior motives
- Those who do so (consider Krsna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, to be an ordinary man) are certainly deluded because they cannot understand the eternal form of Krsna. BG 1972 purports
- Those who doubt that the Supreme Personality of Godhead can come as a human being and turn Himself into a human child are fools who think that Krsna's body is material, that He is born and that He therefore also dies
- Those who draw distinctions between the two are concocting their own laws. Even in the Ten Commandments it is prescribed, "Thou shall not kill." This is a perfect law, but by discriminating and speculating men distort it
- Those who drink through aural reception, fully filled with the nectarean message of Lord Krsna, the beloved of the devotees, purify the polluted aim of life known as material enjoyment and thus go back to Godhead, to the lotus feet of the Lord

- Those who engage in sense gratification are called demons, and those who spread the glorification of the Lord or satisfy the transcendental senses of the Lord are called demigods
- Those who engage in sense gratificatory, materialistic activities must perform yajna, otherwise they will be implicated
- Those who engage in the culture of nescient activities shall enter into the darkest region of ignorance. Worse still are those engaged in the culture of so-called knowledge
- Those who engage in the devotional service of the Supreme Personality of Godhead return home, back to Godhead
- Those who engage in the DS of Krsna are not interested in any of the planets of this material world because they know that no matter to which planet one elevates himself, he will still find the four principles of material existence there nonetheless

- Those who engage in the transcendental service of the lotus feet of Krsna, being relieved of all material enjoyment, have no attraction to topics of impersonal monism
- Those who engage in transcendental Krsna consciousness, giving up all the stereotyped activities of this material world, are freed from social conventions
- Those who enjoy the activities of Krsna are also on the platform of ananda-cinmaya-rasa; they are liberated from the material platform
- Those who enter impersonally into the brahma-jyotir can remain there for some time in full knowledge that they are now merged homogeneously with Brahman, but they cannot have that eternal ananda, bliss, because that part is wanting
- Those who espouse these more or less nonsensical conceptions of the Supreme Lord (like God is impersonal etc.) cannot dissuade him from firm faith in the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Krsna
- Those who fail to achieve success in the bhakti-yoga principles within one life are given a chance to take birth in the next life in a family of rich men or in a royal family or family of learned brahmanas or devotees
- Those who follow the atomic theory think that the protons and electrons of atoms combine in such a way as to bring all material existence into being. However, the scientists fail to discover the cause of atomic existence itself
- Those who follow the Mayavadi philosophy, headed by Sripada Sankaracarya, accept only one rod, but those who follow the Vaisnavite philosophy accept three combined rods
- Those who follow the pancaratriki-vidhi under the guidance of a proper spiritual master can understand the Absolute Truth
- Those who follow the path of great, saintly mystic yogis take to the yogic gymnastic process and begin worshiping from the abdomen, where it is said that Brahman is located
- Those who follow the path of the acaryas are susilah and sadhavah, but furthermore their path is akuto-bhaya, which means free from fear
- Those who follow the principles of prescribed duties in the scriptures are classified amongst the regulated section. BG 1972 purports
- Those who follow the process of knowledge realize Him as impersonal Brahman; those who follow the process of yoga realize Him as the localized Supersoul; and those who follow the process of DS realize Him as the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Sri Krsna
- Those who follow the regulative principles of devotional service ultimately attain the Vaikuntha planets in the spiritual world
- Those who follow the teachings of Lord Caitanya should experience and relish the feelings of separation (from Krsna), not of meeting

- Those who have a poor fund of knowledge accept these false sannyasis and their pretenses, although they are not bona fide guides to spiritual advancement
- Those who have a stunted growth of hair on the upper lip are generally called Khasas. As such, the Khasa are the Mongolians, the Chinese and others who are so designated
- Those who have accepted the task of spreading the Hare Krsna maha-mantra in full Krsna consciousness should take this opportunity to deliver people very easily from the clutches of material existence
- Those who have achieved liberation from material contamination, and those who are demons and are killed by the Supreme Personality of Godhead, become absorbed in the Brahman concept of life and reside in the spiritual sky of the brahma-jyoti
- Those who have acquired knowledge and are joyful, that I am not material, Aha brahmâsmi, So’ham this is all right but if you do not advance, then you will fall down. Then you will fall down from the realm of knowledge
- Those who have actual spiritual interest are called sat, or devotees. Satam prasangat
- Those who have actually developed the symptoms of happiness and tears in the eyes by chanting the glories of the Lord are eligible to enter the kingdom of God

- Those who have become bewildered or mad after it (material sense gratification), they cannot have such (after leaving this body I go directly to Goloka Vrndavana) determination. They will fail to have such determination

- Those who have become vasudeva-parayanah and engages himself in the service, for them, janayaty asu vairagyam, very soon they become detestful to all this material way of life. That is the test

- Those who have no knowledge how material things are acting, covering the soul, they utmost they can think of the mind, the activities of the mind - thinking, feeling, willing, psychology, or writing some books, some mental speculation philosophy
- Those who have no knowledge of the spiritual sky hold that after being freed from the material activities of the material form, this spiritual identity becomes formless, without any variegatedness. BG 1972 purports
- Those who have no knowledge of the spiritual world or the spiritual self, simply bodily concept of life like animal, they are grha-medhi
- Those who have no Krsna consciousness - I don't say everyone - they are cooking for themselves. Just like the hotel. In a hotel they are cooking for the customer palatable dishes. So that is the difference
- Those who have no other means, they eat flesh and they recommend that one big animal should be killed. So India, the cow is big animal, therefore we kill. But that is not recommended for advanced spiritual students
- Those who have no understanding of the transcendental nature of Krsna’s pastimes always commit great offenses, thinking Krsna to be an ordinary human being and the gopis ordinary girls
- Those who have not attained the platform of spontaneous attachment in devotional service render devotional service under the guidance of a bona fide spiritual master according to the regulative principles mentioned in the revealed scriptures

- Those who have taken shelter of the lotus feet of the Personality of Godhead do not identify with the material world, even while living in it
- Those who have taken shelter of the Vedic scriptures yet preach agnosticism in accordance with the Mayavada philosophy are certainly more dangerous than the Buddhists
- Those who have taken the path of Narayana, devotional service, as their life and soul, they are called narayana-parayanah
- Those who have taken to Krsna consciousness seriously, even there are some faults, still, they are saintly persons. That is the recommendation of Krsna. Because that fault may be due to his past habits, but that is being stopped
- Those who have taken to Krsna consciousness should be very careful that not a single moment is wasted and that not a single moment is spent without chanting and remembering the Supreme Personality of Godhead and His activities
- Those who have taken to the most sublime bhakti-yoga system, this practice of devotional service in transcendental love of Krsna, can testify to how they are nicely enjoying its happy and easy execution

- Those who in this life are like envious serpents, always angry and giving pain to other living entities, fall after death into the hell known as Dandasuka. My dear King, in this hell there are serpents with five or seven hoods
- Those who in this life confine other living entities in dark wells, granaries or mountain caves are put after death into the hell known as Avata-nirodhana
- Those who kill animals and give them unnecessary pain - as people do in slaughterhouses - will be killed in a similar way in the next life and in many lives to come. One can never be excused from such an offense

- Those who know the Absolute Truth know it in three phases, as explained in SB 1.2.11: Those who are in knowledge of the nondual Absolute Truth know very clearly what is Brahman, what is Paramatma, and what is the Supreme Personality of Godhead

- Those who realize impersonal form - not form; impersonal feature - they are cheated. They do not know actually what is God, what is the Absolute Truth
- Those who realize the self, or become brahma-bhuta, are only preparing themselves for the platform of joyfulness. That joyfulness can be actually achieved only when one comes into contact with Krsna

- Unalloyed devotees of God know the glories of God in the sense that they can understand how great God is and how great is His expansion of diverse energy. Those who are attached to the perishable body can hardly enter into the realm of the science of God
- Unaware of the principles of religion, they (those who have surrendered to the principles of material nature) do not surrender to Krsna, and therefore they are considered sinful rascals, the lowest of men, and fools bereft of all knowledge

- Vedanta-sutra says athato brahma jijnasa: those who have given up the attempt to be happy in this material world can inquire about the Absolute Truth

- We are inviting everyone to understand Krsna consciousness, but nobody is coming. What can we do? Those who are fortunate, they are taking advantage. That's all
- We are punished by the laws of God for either action. Those who do not believe in the laws of God or in His existence may go on committing such sins
- We are training engineer, similarly, a class of men, those who are very intelligent, they should be trained up as brahmana. They should be trained up how to speak truth any circumstance. Even to the enemy he will speak truth. This requires training

- We can actually see, especially in this age, that those who have unnecessary riches simply try to enjoy these three things (wine, women & wealth). In Western civilization, these three things are very prominent because of an unnecessary increase of wealth
- We find that those who engage in Krsna consciousness are materially poor, but one who has eyes can see who is the greater. Although he appears to be materially poor, a person in Krsna consciousness is not actually a poor man
- We had fallen into abominable lives as meat-eaters, drunkards and woman hunters who performed all kinds of sinful activities, but now we have been given the opportunity to chant the Hare Krsna mantra
- We have many times mentioned the names of twelve selected authorities (dvadasa-mahajana), of which Brahma, Narada and Lord Siva head the list as the first, second and third in order of merit of those who know something of the Supreme Lord
