In the Bhagavad-gītā it is stated, cātur-varṇyaṁ mayā sṛṣṭaṁ guṇa-karma-vibhāgaśaḥ [[Vanisource:BG 4.13|BG 4.13]] . That is factual everywhere. If you have got the quality and if you are working...
