There is another statement, in the Brahma-saṁhitā: premāñjana-cchurita-bhakti-vilocanena santaḥ sadaiva hṛdayeṣu vilokayanti (Bs. 5.38). Sadaiva means "always." Sadā eva, sadaiva. Who sees? Premāñjana-cchurita-bhakti-vilo . . . that bhakti required. Premāñjana-cchurita-bhakti-vilocanena. Santaḥ, saintly person, sadaiva hṛdayeṣu vilokayanti.
