This verse from Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam (SB 11.5.32) is explained by Śrī Jīva Gosvāmī in his Krama-sandarbha, as quoted by Śrīla Bhaktivinoda Ṭhākura in regard to the explanation of Adi-līlā, Third Chapter, verse 52.
