- It is the duty of the father to protect his daughter until she attains puberty and is married to a suitable young man. The husband then takes care of the wife

- They (those who have taken to the process of karma-kanda (fruitive activity) and jnana-kanda (speculation on the science of transcendence)) are condemned to remain in material existence life after life until they take shelter of the lotus feet of Krsna
- They are not afflicted by old age, disease or untimely death, they do not suffer from chilly cold or scorching heat, nor do their bodies lose their luster. They all live very happily, without anxieties, until death
