The word try-adhīśvara means “proprietor of the three worlds.” There are three worlds, and Kṛṣṇa is the supreme proprietor of them all. This is explained by Lord Kṛṣṇa in the Bhagavad-gītā ([[Vanisource:BG 5.29 (1972)|BG 5.29]]):

:bhoktāraṁ yajña-tapasāṁ sarva-loka-maheśvaram
:suhṛdaṁ sarva-bhūtānāṁ jñātvā māṁ śāntim ṛcchati
