Gūr? Yes, gūr is also nice. Gūr, it is better than, all vitamin values, better than sugar. Yes. You make juice, sugarcane, and boil it, and it becomes gūr. So you get gūr, you get this . . . fry this oats or corns, and mix with gūr and little milk—it will be very good for breakfast, very nutritious. In this way grow your food, and eat nicely, keep your health nicely. We don’t say that "Don’t eat, don’t sleep, don’t have sex, don’t defend." We don’t say that. But regulate. Regulate. You see?
